Rückgaberecht

Wir haben ein 30-tägiges Rückgaberecht, was bedeutet, dass Sie nach Erhalt Ihres Artikels 30 Tage Zeit haben, um eine Rückgabe zu beantragen.

Um Anspruch auf eine Rückgabe zu haben, muss sich Ihr Artikel in demselben Zustand befinden, in dem Sie ihn erhalten haben, ungetragen oder unbenutzt und mit Etiketten versehen sein.

Um eine Rücksendung zu starten, Bitte senden Sie Ihre Anfrage über unser Rückgabezentrum oder kontaktieren Sie uns alternativ unter contact@happinesspaws.com Geben Sie dabei Ihre Bestellnummer als Referenz und den Grund für die Rücksendung an. Wenn Ihre Rücksendung angenommen wird, senden wir Ihnen ein Rücksendeetikett sowie Anweisungen, wie und wohin Sie Ihr Paket senden sollen. Artikel, die ohne vorherige Rücksendung an uns zurückgesendet werden, werden nicht angenommen.

Schäden und Probleme
Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Bestellung nach Erhalt und kontaktieren Sie uns umgehend, wenn der Artikel defekt oder beschädigt ist oder Sie den falschen Artikel erhalten haben, damit wir das Problem beurteilen und beheben können.


Ausnahmen/vom Umtausch ausgeschlossene Artikel
Bestimmte Arten von Artikeln können nicht zurückgegeben werden, z. B. verderbliche Waren (z. B. Lebensmittel, Blumen oder Pflanzen), maßgeschneiderte Produkte (z. B. Sonderbestellungen oder personalisierte Artikel) und Körperpflegeprodukte (z. B. Schönheitsprodukte). Wir akzeptieren auch keine Rücksendungen für gefährliche Materialien, brennbare Flüssigkeiten oder Gase. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns, wenn Sie Fragen oder Bedenken zu Ihrem spezifischen Artikel haben.


Austausch
Der schnellste Weg, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie das bekommen, was Sie wollen, besteht darin, den Artikel, den Sie haben, zurückzugeben und nach Annahme der Rücksendung einen separaten Kauf für den neuen Artikel zu tätigen.


Rückerstattungen
Wir benachrichtigen Sie, sobald wir Ihre Rücksendung erhalten und geprüft haben, und teilen Ihnen mit, ob die Rückerstattung genehmigt wurde oder nicht. Bei Genehmigung erhalten Sie automatisch eine Rückerstattung über Ihre ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es einige Zeit dauern kann, bis Ihre Bank oder Ihr Kreditkartenunternehmen die Rückerstattung bearbeitet und verbucht.

Endverkauf und Geschenkkarten
Artikel, die als Endverkauf gekennzeichnet sind oder in unserem Testset enthalten sind, sind vom Umtausch und der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen. Geschenkkarten sind nicht erstattungsfähig und können nicht gegen Bargeld oder andere Zahlungsmittel eingetauscht werden.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Unless the error is on our end (e.g., the item is defective, damaged, wrong item (variation) sent, etc.), we will make sure to organize and cover all the expenses related to returning the item. Therefore, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of delivery if any of the above mentioned issues are detected. This way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

REFUNDS 

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your item. We will also inform you whether or not your refund has been accepted.
If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a few days. Refund times depend on the method of payment. See below for details:
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank if you have any further questions.
If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may be some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.
If you have made all these checks and still have not received your refund, please contact us at  contact@happinesspaws.com.

SHIPPING

To return your item, please contact contact@happinesspaws.com. Our staff will contact you and you can return the product after confirmation. If you return the product without confirmation, our warehouse will not be able to identify the sender, making your refund unavailable.
Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee if the product is returned.
The delivery time of the exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item worth more than 50 euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product if it is not a quality problem.

Returns or replacements are only applicable to products purchased directly through  HappinessPaws. If you purchased your HappinessPaws product from a third-party vendor, please contact them. Once we have received your package and verified that the warranties are still valid, we will issue a full refund or replacement for all eligible products.
Please note that all accessories must be new and unopened to be eligible for a refund. To qualify for a replacement or refund, products must be in “as new” condition and, if possible, with the original sealed packaging intact.If the accessory is returned for no reason, we will deduct shipping costs from the refund amount.For all returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs.If your product is defective, we will refund the shipping costs after inspection and confirmation that your product is under warranty.

INITATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE

To start a return, submit your request through our Returns Center, or contact us via contact@happinesspaws.com,providing your order number and reason for return.

Upon receiving your return request, we'll review it within 2-3 business days. If approved, we'll provide you with the necessary shipping label and instructions. Please note: if the reason for returning an item isn't due to our company, a USD 7.99 processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the return shipping label cost.

*At present, we don't offer a direct exchange option. To exchange a product, initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
